Abstract
The United Voices of Praise (UVP) is a ministry on Messiah College's campus. UVP's council, which is composed of student leaders, has written and agreed upon goals . for our mission statement that summarize what we are working toward as a choir. Each choir member is required to sign the form to uphold the standards written in the mission statement. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well UVP is achieving its goals. In addition I will use sociological theory to explain some of the findings.
