Abstract
This study examined the relationship between instructor Leadership Profiles and Teaching Style in higher education classrooms. A leadership and temperament profile designed for educators sought to determine Leadership Profiles and approach to teaching curriculum. It was administered to two groups of graduate teacher instructors. Results indicated that a statistically significant relationship existed between Leadership Profiles and Teaching Style for college professors.
