Abstract
This was the final report submitted to the Council of Independent Colleges in fall 2020 describing and assessing Messiah College's work on the Commonwealth Monument Project. It describes "Look Up, Look Out," "100 Voices," "Poetry in Place,"Chautauqua Workshops," Voices of the Eighth: Rhythms of Resilience, an interactive map of the Eighth Ward, and a special issue of the journal Pennsylvania History.
