Abstract
- Works as a checklist for quality program design during initial drafting of the IEP Present Level of Performance and/or IEP goals.
- Works as a tool to evaluate quality of portions of an IEP written by others. Helpful in auditing to determine which if any goals of an IEP may need revisions.
- Works as a pre to post tool to assess gains in response to professional development specific to IEP writing.
- Useful for both pre-service and in-service special educators, as well as for special education administrators.
